We will provide you with a proposal that outlines the process and duration of the project. We can also step in and serve as temporary/contract staff to fill a short term gap or to manage a project.

Donor Software

 

 

The client was a small organization focused on distributing Bibles to various countries around the world. The donor software was increasingly unstable, causing multiple system crashes and network errors. In addition, processing donations was time consuming, did not provide any CRM functionality, and the generation of reports relied heavily on excel.

 

After doing a complete analysis of current processes and discussing needs and desires with the users, three options were presented for consideration along with a ranking of the different functionality.

 

Once the client selected the package we were able to manage the installation, implementation, and training process along with the provider. 

Document Mgmt

 

 

Client was a large international relief and development organization with a need to better manage the flow of information to donors and internal stakeholders about their international projects. The current process captured Word documents and stored them in a network accessible folder. The folder was only accessible by one department and was controlled by one individual. Photographs were stored and managed in a different department and required the user to complete a formal request form in order to gain access to a particular photo.

 

After completion of a process review with the client, a plan was put in place to:

 

  • Provide multiple users to administer the document/information storage
     

  • Provide a resource of photographs that could be distributed to the public
     

  • Effectively manage sensitive information
     

  • Updates with the most current information were accessible along with historical records

Metrics

 

 

Client wanted better data from which to analyze and plan donor contact and relationship management. The data needed to be accessible by end users of the database and easily formattable for management reports.

 

After consulting with the client, we designed a series of dashboards within the database system to provide live data. In addition, we created some analytical reports that provided:

 

  • Information about the donor pyramid
     

  • Information about direct mail segment performance
     

  • Information about lapsed donors
